Artwork Responsibility & Copyright

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they own, have obtained permission to use, or otherwise have the legal rights to reproduce any artwork, images, logos, designs, text, or other content submitted with an order. By uploading artwork to our website, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and authorization to use the submitted files for printing and production purposes.

We do not verify ownership, licensing, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights associated with customer-submitted artwork. We print the files provided by the customer as submitted. Any legal issues, claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from the use of uploaded artwork remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Accepted File Formats

To ensure the best possible print quality, we accept a wide variety of file formats for artwork submissions. Preferred file formats include PNG, PDF, TIFF, PSD, AI, and SVG files. These formats generally provide the highest quality results and are recommended whenever possible.

While we accept most common image file types, customers are encouraged to upload high-resolution artwork that meets their desired print specifications. Low-quality, low-resolution, or improperly formatted files may affect the final printed result.

Order & Production Terms

Customers are responsible for reviewing all uploaded artwork, order details, quantities, sizing, and customization options before completing their purchase. Once an order has been submitted and approved for production, changes may not be possible.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that the artwork provided is accurate, complete, and ready for printing. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, spelling mistakes, image quality issues, or design inaccuracies contained within customer-supplied files.

Our production process is based on the artwork and specifications submitted at the time of purchase, and all products are manufactured accordingly.
